These guys are great!
After all of our fire alarms went off due to an unidentified burning
smell, Bob's team immediately located the source (a source undetected
earlier by the fire department), which was a broken down blower inside
the furnace unit. They quickly replaced the blower, and elected
not to charge us for parts due to some earlier miscommunication. Very
professional, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. We've lived
in Trossachs seven years and will continue to call on Bob's! -The
